A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Paint Township for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets and roads that the county auditor estimates will collect $251,579 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $37 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 2-mill, 5-year property tax for street and road construction and repair in Paint Township.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
