A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Richland Township for the purpose of providing fire protection and emergency medical services that the county auditor estimates will collect $14,786 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $10 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 0.5-mill, 5-year property tax for fire protection and emergency medical services in Richland Township.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
