A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Huron County General Health District for the purpose of meeting the expenses of the programs of the Huron County Board of Public Health, that the county auditor estimates will collect $587,279 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $11 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 10 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 0.5-mill, 10-year property tax for the programs of the Huron County Board of Public Health.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
