Shall the number of members of the Village Council of the Village of Brinkhaven, Ohio, be reduced from six (6) members to five (5) members?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote reduces the Brinkhaven Village Council from six members to five.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the council at six members.
