Shall a fixed-sum levy renewing an existing levy be imposed by the Kirtland Local School District for the purpose of paying the current operating expenses of the district in the sum of $2,278,636 and a levy of taxes to be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average 4.36 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $134 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for a period of 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a fixed-sum levy raising $2,278,636 a year (about 4.36 mills) for Kirtland Local School District operating expenses for 5 years.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
