The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Kirtland City for the purpose of maintaining senior citizen and community recreational facilities and programs, that the county auditor estimates will collect $156,412 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.85 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $11 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 0.85-mill, 5-year property tax for Kirtland's senior citizen and community recreational facilities and programs.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
