Shall the sale of beer be permitted by Kaival Property, Inc., dba Kash Stop, an applicant for a C1 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a carryout/grocery store at 3302 State Route 243, Ironton (Perry Township), Ohio 45638 in this precinct?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote permits beer sales by Kash Stop at 3302 State Route 243 in the Perry 2 precinct.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not permit beer sales by Kash Stop.
