A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Proctorville, for the purpose of fire protection that the county auditor estimates will collect $14,998 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $53 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1.5-mill, 5-year property tax for Village of Proctorville fire protection, estimated to collect $14,998 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
