Shall Sections 4.06, 4.07, and 4.08 of the Charter of the City of Heath be amended to remove all provisions for emergency resolutions and to provide that any resolution shall take effect, unless a later time be specified therein, immediately upon its passage?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote removes emergency-resolution provisions from Heath's charter and makes resolutions take effect upon passage unless they specify a later time.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Sections 4.06, 4.07 and 4.08 of the charter unchanged.
