Shall applicable sections of the Charter of the City of Heath be amended to allow municipal ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices, and reports to be published in accordance with Ohio Revised Code section 731.21 and to strike an unconstitutional provision in section 4.13 of the Charter?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets Heath publish ordinances, resolutions, notices and reports under Ohio Revised Code section 731.21 and strikes a provision in charter section 4.13.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves those charter sections unchanged.
