Shall Sections 4.12 of the Charter of the City of Heath be amended to extend, from 30 days to 60 days, the deadline for the Planning Commission to cause rezoning ordinances or resolutions to be returned to the Clerk of Council together with the Commission's written recommendations?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote gives Heath's Planning Commission 60 days instead of 30 to return rezoning measures to the Clerk of Council with its recommendations.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the 30-day deadline.
