A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote permits Sunday sales of wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor at Mill Wheel Tavern, 495 Wehrle Avenue, in the Newark 2-B precinct.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales at this location.
