The question, as printed on the ballot
An additional tax for the benefit of Logan County Board of Developmental Disabilities for the purpose of community developmental disabilities program and services that the county auditor estimates will collect $4,200,000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $70 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves an additional 2-mill, 5-year property tax for the Logan County Board of Developmental Disabilities' programs and services, estimated to collect $4,200,000 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
