The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall an annual income tax of three quarters of one percent (0.75%) on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by Oberlin City School District, to renew an income tax (or income taxes) expiring at the end of 2027 for 5 years, beginning January 1, 2028, for the purpose of current expenses?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 0.75% tax on the earned income of school district residents for 5 years, starting January 1, 2028, for the Oberlin City School District's current expenses.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the income tax renewal.
