The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Oberlin City School District for the purpose of education technology, that the county auditor estimates will collect $294,944 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.3 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $27 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1.3-mill, 5-year property tax for education technology in the Oberlin City School District.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
