Shall the Township of Monclova adopt a limited home rule government, under which government the board of township trustees, by resolution, may exercise limited powers of local self-government and limited police powers?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote adopts limited home rule, letting the township trustees exercise limited powers of local self-government and limited police powers by resolution.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps Monclova Township's current form of government.
