The question, as printed on the ballot
An additional tax for the benefit of the City of Oregon for the purpose of providing or maintaining senior citizens services or facilities that the county auditor estimates will collect $375,943 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $18 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves an additional 0.5-mill, 5-year property tax for senior citizens services or facilities, about $18 a year per $100,000 of market value.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
