Shall the proposed ordinance limiting the use of City resources to assist federal immigration enforcement, except to the extent required by federal or state law, and assuring equal access to all persons to City services, benefits, programs and protections regardless of their immigration status, be adopted?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote adopts an ordinance limiting city help with federal immigration enforcement, except as law requires, and assuring equal access to city services regardless of immigration status.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the proposed ordinance.

Initiative ordinance proposed by petition; the issue list calls it the Sylvania Resource Conservation and Equal Access Ordinance.
