An additional tax for the benefit of Jefferson Local School District for the purpose of permanent improvements that the county auditor estimates will collect $859,370 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2.55 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $89 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves an additional 2.55-mill, 5-year property tax for Jefferson Local Schools' permanent improvements.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
