Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages be permitted by Singh & 3 Brothers, Inc. dba Indian Grocery, an applicant for a C1 and C2 (carryout) liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of an Indian grocery store and beverage carryout at 6607 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44512 in this precinct?
