A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday by F. A. R. Food, Inc. dba Rulli Bros, a holder of a C-1 and C-2 liquor permit and an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of a grocery store at 4331 Kirk Road, Austintown Township, Ohio 44511 in this precinct?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote permits Sunday sales of beer, wine and mixed beverages by Rulli Bros at 4331 Kirk Road.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not permit these Sunday sales at this location.
