Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages be permitted by Tobacco City, L.L.C. an applicant for a C-1, C-2 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a carryout at 112 Boardman-Poland Road, Boardman (Boardman Township), Ohio 44512 in this precinct?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote permits sales of beer, wine and mixed beverages by Tobacco City at 112 Boardman-Poland Road.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not permit these sales at this location.
