Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday by Tobacco City, L.L.C. an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a carryout at 112 Boardman-Poland Road, Boardman (Boardman Township), Ohio 44512 in this precinct?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of wine and mixed beverages by Tobacco City at 112 Boardman-Poland Road.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit these Sunday sales at this location.
