A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Crawford Marion Board of Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health for the purpose of the operation of alcohol and drug addiction programs and mental health programs that the county auditor estimates will collect $1,128,178 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $15 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 1-mill, 5-year Marion County property tax (about $1.13 million a year) for the Crawford Marion ADAMH Board's addiction and mental health programs.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
