The question, as printed on the ballot

A renewal of 9 mills and an increase of 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value to constitute a tax for the benefit of Green Camp Village for the purpose of current operating and maintenance expenses for the village that the county auditor estimates will collect $63,295 annually, at a rate not exceeding 11 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $290 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 9-mill levy and adds 2 mills, for an 11-mill, 5-year property tax (about $63,295 a year) for Green Camp's operating and maintenance expenses.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal and increase.
