An amendment to sections 161.01, 161.03(a), 162.013(A) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Medina so as to include sidewalks as a restricted use of the 0.25% of total income tax collections currently allocated for street, storm water, and utility construction, maintenance, repair and improvements. Shall the proposed ordinance amendment be adopted?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote adds sidewalks to the uses of the 0.25% of Medina's income tax collections set aside for street, storm water and utility work.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves those sections of the city's codified ordinances unchanged.
