A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Sharon Township for the purpose of fire and emergency medical services, that the county auditor estimates will collect $427,000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.1 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $26 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1.1-mill, 5-year property tax for fire and emergency medical services in Sharon Township.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
