The question, as printed on the ballot

A renewal of 3 mills and an increase of 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value to constitute a tax for the benefit of the City of Wadsworth for the purpose of ambulance and emergency medical services that the county auditor estimates will collect $2,523,100 annually, at a rate not exceeding 4 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $92 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews 3 mills and adds 1 mill (4 mills total) for 5 years for ambulance and emergency medical services in the City of Wadsworth.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal and increase.
