An additional tax for the benefit of Racine Village for the purpose of additional expense operating levy, that the county auditor estimates will collect $33,112 annually, at a rate not exceeding 3 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $105 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves an additional 3-mill, 5-year property tax for Racine Village operating expenses, estimated to collect $33,112 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
