A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Rutland Township for the purpose of road maintenance, that the county auditor estimates will collect $44,153 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2.16 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $76 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 2.16-mill, 5-year property tax for Rutland Township road maintenance, estimated to collect $44,153 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
