A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Township of Marion for the purpose of Fire Protection that the county auditor estimates will collect $272,060 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2.4 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $54 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.

A yes vote renews a 2.4-mill, 5-year property tax for Marion Township fire protection, estimated to collect $272,060 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
