A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services for the purpose of providing counseling and supportive services to children and adults through the operation of alcohol and drug addiction programs, and mental health programs, that the county auditor estimates will collect $2,596,848 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.6 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $10 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 0.6-mill, 5-year property tax for the Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services (Darke, Miami and Shelby counties), estimated to collect $2,596,848 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
