A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Green Township for the purpose of maintenance, general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of streets, roads, and bridges in municipal corporations, counties or townships, that the county auditor estimates will collect $41,860 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $15 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1-mill, 5-year Green Township property tax for streets, roads and bridges, estimated to collect $41,860 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
