A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Lee Township for the purpose of maintaining and operating the township's cemeteries, that the county auditor estimates will collect $61,713 annually at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $25.00 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1-mill, 5-year property tax to maintain and operate Lee Township's cemeteries, estimated to collect $61,713 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
