The City of Brookville proposes amending the following Brookville City Charter Sections: Preamble, Section 1.01 Name and Boundary, Section 2.01 Powers Granted, Section 2.03 Construction of Powers, Section 2.04 Intergovernmental Cooperation, Section 3.01 Term of Office, Section 3.02 Powers; Duties; Functions, Section 3.03 Qualifications of Council Members, Section 3.04 Vacancies in Council, Section 3.06 Compensation of Council Members, Section 3.07 Council Organization and Rules; Meetings of Council, Section 3.08 Mayor; Vice Mayor and Section 3.09 Clerk of Council. Shall the proposed charter amendments, as reported by the charter commission of the City of Brookville be adopted?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote adopts the charter commission's proposed amendments to the Brookville City Charter's Preamble and Sections 1.01 through 3.09 listed on the ballot.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects these charter amendments.
