The City of Brookville proposes amending the following Brookville City Charter Sections: Section 10.01 Initiative, Section 10.02 Referendum, Section 10.03 Recall, Section 11.01 Oath of Office, Section 11.02 Removal from Office, Section 11.03 Succession, Section 11.04 Effect of Charter on Existing Laws and Rights, Section 11.05 Retirement Systems, Section 11.06 Amendment or Repeal of Charter and Section 11.07 Effect of Partial Invalidity. Shall the proposed charter amendments, as reported by the charter commission of the City of Brookville be adopted?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote adopts the charter commission's proposed amendments to the Brookville City Charter sections on initiative, referendum, recall and general provisions listed on the ballot.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects these charter amendments.
