The City of Kettering proposes amending the following Kettering City Charter Sections: 3-2, 3-3, 3-6, 3-8, 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4, 5-5, 5-6, 5-7, 8-3, and 8-4 to change the use of gender-specific pronouns to the corresponding nouns. Shall the proposed charter amendments, as reported by the charter commission of the City of Kettering be adopted?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote amends 13 sections of the Kettering City Charter to change gender-specific pronouns to the corresponding nouns.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects these charter amendments.
