Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by University of Dayton an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a sports arena at 1801 Edwin C. Moses Boulevard S., Dayton, Ohio 45469 in this precinct?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor by the University of Dayton at its sports arena, 1801 Edwin C. Moses Blvd. S., in Dayton Precinct 13-A.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales at this location.
