The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Oakwood City School District for the purpose of general permanent improvements, that the county auditor estimates will collect $550,900 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.8 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $35 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a property tax of up to 1.8 mills for the Oakwood City School District's general permanent improvements, for a continuing period.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
