A renewal of a tax for the benefit of McConnelsville Village for the purpose of resurfacing and repair of streets and alleys within the Village of McConnelsville, that the county auditor estimates will collect $22,958 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $70 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 2-mill, 5-year property tax to resurface and repair McConnelsville's streets and alleys, estimated to collect $22,958 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
