Shall the sale of beer and intoxicating liquor be permitted on all days of the week including Sunday, at the Franklin Township Economic Revitalization District, a community facility as defined by section 4301.01 of the Revised Code, and located west of I-71, near the U.S. 95/I-71 Interchange which includes Parcel #F14-001-00-080-08?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote permits beer and liquor sales on all days, including Sunday, at the Franklin Township Economic Revitalization District near the U.S. 95/I-71 interchange.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not permit those sales at the district.
A special election by resolution for the unincorporated area of Franklin Township.
