The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Fulton Village for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads and bridges, that the county auditor estimates will collect $13,662 annually, at a rate not exceeding 3.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $77 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 3.5-mill, 5-year property tax (about $13,662 a year) for Fulton's streets, roads and bridges.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
