The question, as printed on the ballot
An additional tax for the benefit of the Village of Norwich for the purpose of current expenses that the county auditor estimates will collect $11,226 annually, at a rate not exceeding 4 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $140 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote adds a 4-mill, 5-year Norwich property tax (about $11,226 a year) for the village's current expenses.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
