The question, as printed on the ballot
An additional tax for the benefit of the Village of Philo for the purpose of the general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of streets, roads and bridges that the county auditor estimates will collect $113,268 annually, at a rate not exceeding 7.25 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $254 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote adds a 7.25-mill, 5-year Philo property tax (about $113,268 a year) for streets, roads and bridges.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
