The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Rich Hill Township for the purpose of maintaining and operating cemeteries, that the county auditor estimates will collect $7,203 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.25 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $5 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 0.25-mill, 5-year Rich Hill Township property tax (about $7,203 a year) for maintaining and operating cemeteries.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
