Shall the sales of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday by Midway Stop & Go, L.L.C., an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a carryout/grocery store at 1871 B NE Catawba Road, Port Clinton Catawba Island Township, OH 43452 in this precinct?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of wine and mixed beverages by Midway Stop & Go at 1871 B NE Catawba Road in Catawba Island Township.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales.
