Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by Santoro Genoa LLC, dba Cocina de Carlos an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of a full service restaurant at 22060 W State Route 51, Clay Township, Genoa, OH 43430 in this precinct?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of beer, wine, mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by Cocina de Carlos at 22060 W State Route 51, Clay Township.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales.
