The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Village of Elmore for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of the streets, roads, and bridges that the county auditor estimates will collect $57,607 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $55 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 2.5-mill, 5-year property tax for Village of Elmore streets, roads and bridges, estimated to collect $57,607 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
