A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of New Lexington for the purpose of maintaining and operating the New Lexington Parks and Recreation, that the county auditor estimates will collect $53,546 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $23 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a continuing 1-mill property tax (about $53,546 a year) to maintain and operate New Lexington Parks and Recreation.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
