The question, as printed on the ballot
An additional tax for the benefit of Saltlick Township for the purpose of current expenses, that the county auditor estimates will collect $13,446 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $18 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves a new 0.5-mill, 5-year property tax (about $13,446 a year) for Saltlick Township's current expenses.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
